POLLY GALAXY / LEGAL & SUPPORT
Community rules
2026-10-15 · v1
Respect other pilots
No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, unlawful content or disclosure of someone else's private information. Do not impersonate staff, scam players or spam chat.
Keep competition fair
Do not use cheats, reward exploits or unauthorised automation. Report vulnerabilities privately to support rather than sharing instructions that harm players.
Reporting and review
Send reports through the support contact, including the player name, approximate time and relevant evidence without unnecessary personal data. Do not include passwords. Reports require human review; these rules do not imply that automated moderation, blocking or reporting tools already exist in the client. Contact support to challenge an account restriction.
