Request deletion of your Polly Galaxy account

Use the privacy contact below from the email address registered to your game account. State that you request deletion of your Polly Galaxy account and associated personal data, and include your pilot/account identifier if known. You do not need to install the game to make this request. Do not send your password.

What happens next

Support must verify account ownership before processing a destructive request. Deletion covers the game account, email/login record and associated profile, progress, equipment, currencies and saved gameplay. Losing these records prevents recovery of that progress. A request is not completed merely by opening your email application; send it and wait for confirmation.

Exceptions and store accounts

Records required for legal obligations, unresolved payments or fraud prevention may need separate retention. Backup expiry, response and deletion times must be disclosed in the operational details below. Deleting Polly Galaxy does not delete your Apple, Google or Steam account, cancel unrelated subscriptions or automatically refund purchases. See Purchases & refunds.

Current availability

Self-service account deletion is not currently implemented in this game client. Send your request to the privacy contact below. Opening the email link does not automatically delete your account.
