POLLY GALAXY / LEGAL & SUPPORT
Purchases & refunds
2026-10-15 · v1
Optional purchases
Where enabled, Polly Galaxy offers consumable Uridium packs. The relevant store displays the actual local price and confirms payment. Virtual currency and items have no cash withdrawal facility. Never pay someone claiming to sell official account benefits outside the advertised purchase flow.
Missing or duplicate charges
Contact support with your account, platform and order identifier. Do not send card details. Keep the store receipt. A pending charge is not necessarily a completed transaction.
Requesting a refund
Use the refund process of the store that processed your payment. Eligibility depends on its rules and applicable law; this page does not promise approval or impose a blanket no-refunds rule. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Account deletion and a refund request are separate actions.
