Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your credentials private. Do not impersonate others, share stolen accounts or bypass access controls. Your Polly Galaxy account works across supported clients. Store accounts and their terms remain separate.

Permission to play

Subject to these terms and applicable store terms, you may install and use the game for personal entertainment on supported devices. Game artwork, software and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Do not redistribute assets or circumvent protections except where applicable law permits it. Open-source components retain their own licences.

Fair play and community

Do not cheat, automate unfair play, exploit payment or reward systems, harass players, publish private information or submit unlawful content. See Community rules. Reports may lead to review and proportionate account restrictions; contact support to dispute a decision.

Updates and virtual content

Online play requires a compatible client and connection. Updates may change balance, content and availability. Virtual currency and items are for use inside the game; they are not a cash deposit or investment. Purchase descriptions, store rules and mandatory consumer rights apply. See Purchases & refunds.

Platform terms and consumer rights

Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA applies to App Store distribution unless an applicable custom EULA is supplied there. Steam use is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement; Google Play purchases are subject to its terms. These game terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections, statutory remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Operator details and support contacts are below.
